Order deadlines
Christmas
- For Standard delivery, orders must be placed by December 11
- For Expedited delivery, orders must be placed by December 18
New Year’s
- For Standard delivery, orders must be placed by December 19
- For Expedited delivery, orders must be placed by December 25
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused eligible merchandise for return within 30 calendar days of your order date. Returns are typically processed within 5 business days from return delivery date. All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for return. The following guidelines apply:
- All returns MUST be purchased directly from PourLesFemmes.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging and original hang tags attached.
- Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $9.99 return shipping fee to cover the cost of return shipping via USPS Prepaid Label. This fee will be deducted from your refund when your return has been processed.
- The return shipping fee is waived if your domestic order is returned for exchange or Gift Card at time of return authorization.
- International orders may be returned via prepaid shipping label via the carrier of your choice. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method.

- For international returns, please contact customersupport@pourlesfemmes.com to start your return.
Exchanges
- Pour Les Femmes is pleased to offer free domestic exchanges within 30 calendar days of your order date via our Returns Center at pourlesfemmes.loopreturns.com. Please note, all eligible exchanges must be purchased directly from PourLesFemmes.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging with original hang tags attached.
- We do not offer international exchanges at this time.
Return Inspection
- Returned items that are identified as worn, washed, dirty or damaged, or without original packaging and hang tags, may be rejected and not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit at the sole discretion of Pour Les Femmes. Rejected returns will not be shipped back to the customer unless requested and will require a shipping fee of $10 USD for domestic requests.
Gifts
- If you have received an item from Pour Les Femmes as a gift and are located within the United States, you may return it in exchange for a different size, different item of equal or lesser value, or store credit.
- Start your gift return by visiting our Returns Center at pourlesfemmes.loopreturns.com or contact Customer Support at customersupport@pourlesfemmes.com for assistance.
Refunds
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days from your return delivery date.
- Refunds will not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has shipped.
- Domestic refunds are subject to a $9.99 return shipping to cover the cost of return shipping via USPS Prepaid Label.
- All duties and taxes on international orders are nonrefundable.
Damaged or Defective
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty or was shipped incorrectly, please notify Customer Support as soon as possible at customersupport@pourlesfemmes.com. Shipping fees will be waived on damaged returns and replacement orders if applicable.
Shipping And Taxes
- Sales tax will be charged for all purchases shipped to the states of California, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey and Texas.
- Any orders received before 1pm EST ship same day.
- Any orders received after 1pm EST ship the next day.
- Same rules apply for 2nd day and next day deliveries.
Standard Ground Shipping
- We are pleased to offer free Standard Ground Shipping in the United States for all orders over $200 USD.
- Orders below $200 USD are subject to a $10 USD flat-rate for Standard Ground Shipping.
- Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete.
- Orders typically arrive within 1 – 5 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays).
- Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. We are unable to honor carrier requests at this time.
Express Shipping
- Express Shipping may be purchased for orders shipping within the United States for $25 USD.
- Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete.
- Orders typically arrive in 2 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays).
- Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. We are unable to honor carrier requests at this time.
International Shipping / Duties and Taxes
- International orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete.
- All shipping for international orders are inclusive of duties and taxes. For questions please contact Customer Support.
- All duties, taxes and shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We've partnered with Global-e for international orders. Global-e will be the Seller for all international orders.
Multiple Shipments
- Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the total shipping charge will remain the same.
Cancel Order Requests
- We work as quickly as possible to fulfill your order and the shipping process begins as soon as your transaction is completed. As such, we are not able to cancel orders after they have been placed.
Refusals of Order or Undeliverable
- If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to pick-up after delivery is attempted and is Returned to Sender, a $15 USD fee will be charged to cover the cost of the return and will be deducted from the customer’s refund. We are unable to re-ship orders that are Returned to Sender.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to accommodate shipments to PO Boxes or APO addresses, or weekend deliveries.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If a package is not found or missing after the carrier has marked the package delivered on the original carrier tracking, this is considered a stolen package. Neither Pour Les Femmes or the carrier is liable for stolen packages and may not offer replacement or refund. If you are not confident in the security of your delivery address, please contact the carrier before delivery to request pick-up at a designated pick-up location.
- If a package is lost in transit and the carrier tracking reflects pending or unavailable after 7 business days, please contact Customer Support.
