Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused eligible merchandise for return within 30 calendar days of your order date. Returns are typically processed within 5 business days from return delivery date. All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for return. The following guidelines apply:

All returns MUST be purchased directly from PourLesFemmes.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging and original hang tags attached.
Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $9.99 return shipping fee to cover the cost of return shipping via USPS Prepaid Label. This fee will be deducted from your refund when your return has been processed.
The return shipping fee is waived if your domestic order is returned for exchange or Gift Card at time of return authorization.
International orders may be returned via prepaid shipping label via the carrier of your choice. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method.
