Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused eligible merchandise for return within 14 calendar days of your order date. Returns are typically processed within 5 business days from return delivery date. All orders shipping outside the US are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for return. The following guidelines apply:

    • All returns MUST be purchased directly from PourLesFemmes.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging and original hang tags attached. Shoes must come in original boxes.
    • Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee to cover the cost of return shipping via USPS Prepaid Label. This fee will be deducted from your refund when your return has been processed.
    • The return shipping fee is waived if your domestic order is returned for exchange or Gift Card at time of return authorization.
    • All orders shipping outside the US are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Return packages postmarked 14 to 21 days from delivery will be eligible for a refund in the form of a gift card.

    • Please note that your order may encounter shipping delays from carriers. Pour Les Femmes cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. The customer must contact the carrier directly.
