What are your shipping options and processing times?
Free Standard Ground Shipping in the United States for orders over $250.
Orders below $250 are subject to a $10 flat-rate for Standard Ground Shipping.
Express Shipping may be purchased for $25 at checkout.
Orders placed by 12pm PST will ship out the same business day. Order placed after 12pm PST, will ship the next business day.
Please note, during the holiday season, same-day shipping may not be available.
Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your item ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing. - Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after processing.
Please note: All express orders are subject to a 1–2 business day processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer international shipping?
International orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete.
All shipping for international orders is inclusive of duties and taxes. For questions, please contact Customer Support.
All duties, taxes, and shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We've partnered with Global-e for international orders. Global-e will be the Seller for all international orders.
Please note that we do not honor returns on international orders at this time.
Can I edit / cancel my order?
We work as quickly as possible to fulfill your order, and the shipping process begins as soon as your transaction is completed. As such, we are not able to edit or cancel orders after they have been placed.
What happens if I enter the incorrect shipping address on my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to update the mailing address.
If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up after delivery is attempted and is returned to the sender, a $10 fee will be charged to cover the cost of the return and will be deducted from the customer’s refund. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to the sender.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
I did not receive my order, what happens?
If a package is lost in transit and the carrier tracking reflects pending or unavailable after 7 business days, please contact Customer Support.
If a package is not found or missing after the carrier has marked the package delivered on the original carrier tracking, this is considered a stolen package. Neither Pour Les Femmes nor the carrier is liable for stolen packages and may not offer a replacement or refund. If you are not confident in the security of your delivery address, please contact the carrier before delivery to request pick-up at a designated pick-up location.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or was shipped incorrectly, please notify Customer Support as soon as possible at customersupport@plfdreams.com. Shipping fees will be waived on damaged returns and replacement orders if applicable.
How to return or exchange my order?
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore, we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused eligible merchandise for return within 14 calendar days of your order date. Returns are typically processed within 7 - 14 business days from the return delivery date. All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for return. The following guidelines apply:
- All returns MUST be purchased directly from PourLesFemmes.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging and original hang tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
- Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee to cover the cost of return shipping via USPS Prepaid Label. This fee will be deducted from your refund when your return has been processed.
- The return shipping fee is waived if your domestic order is returned for exchange or Gift Card at time of return authorization.
- All orders shipping outside the US are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Returned items that are identified as worn, washed, dirty or damaged, or without original packaging and hang tags, may be rejected and not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit at the sole discretion of Pour Les Femmes. Rejected returns will not be shipped back to the customer unless requested and will require a shipping fee of $10 for domestic requests.
- Refunds will not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has shipped.
Exchanges
- Pour Les Femmes is pleased to offer free domestic exchanges within 14 calendar days of your order date. Please note, all eligible exchanges must be purchased directly from PourLesFemmes.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging with original hang tags attached.
- We do not offer international exchanges at this time.

How do I return or exchange a gift?
If you have received an item from Pour Les Femmes as a gift and are located within the United States, you may return it in exchange for a different size, a different item of equal or lesser value, or store credit.
Start your gift return by contacting Customer Support at customersupport@plfdreams.com for assistance.
I've returned my order. When will I get my refund?
Returns are typically processed within 7 - 14 business days from the return delivery date.

We recommend referring to our Size Chart for detailed measurements and international conversions.
Additionally, each product page includes notes on size and fit to help you choose the best option. You will find this information in the product description, just below the item details.
